On October 1st, I finished the book Live From Death Row By Mumia Abu-Jamal. This book is about the story of a man who was sentenced to 25 years on death row. This is an emotional story based on his experiences in prison. He writes journal entries on prison life and the humiliation he received because of his skin color. This book revolves around segregation and racism, he also describes the brutality of the thoughtless police officers who treated Africian Americans different. He was sentenced to death row for the killing of a police officer in 1982.
